Our services are primarily digital and advisory in nature. Due to the immediate commencement of work upon receipt of an application or service request, refunds are generally not provided once processing has begun.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If a duplicate payment was made in error.
  • If the service requested cannot be provided due to technical issues on our end.
  • If a cancellation request is received before any processing or advisory work has commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • If a visa application is rejected by the relevant government authority or embassy. We do not guarantee visa approvals.
  • If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete information that leads to delays or rejections.
  • If the customer changes their mind after processing has begun.
  • For any government fees or third-party charges paid on behalf of the customer, as these are non-refundable by the respective authorities.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@govisatrip.ltd with your order details and the reason for the request. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days, depending on your financial institution.
